Champion ONE to merge with Approved Networks and US Critical.

Champion ONE, a designer, marketer, and supplier of optical networking components, agreed to merge with Approved Networks and US Critical, the two providers of programming, testing, and distribution of network solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed.
