RSBG completed the acquisition of Genecon.

RSBGI, an investment group, completed its acquisition of Genecon, a management consulting firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "GENECON will strengthen RSBG's national and international capability in strategic consulting and financial advisory services in the urban development and economic infrastructure sector, focused on delivering change and innovation within the core investment pillars of clean growth, technology, sustainable urbanisation and demographic change," Genecon.
