Cresset Asset Management, a wealth management firm, completed the acquisition of PagnatoKarp, a Reston, Virginia-based SEC registered investment adviser. Financial terms were not disclosed. "PagnatoKarp was born during the Great Recession in reaction to the lack of transparency in the industry.
