Inverness Graham to acquire Catheter & Medical Design.

Inverness Graham, a private investment firm, agreed to acquire Catheter & Medical Design, a developer and manufacturer of catheters and catheter shafts for interventional and endosurgical applications. Financial terms were not disclosed. “As medical device companies continue to outsource their complex design and manufacturing needs, we expect CMD to become an increasingly important strategic partner.
