Snow Phipps-backed Brook & Whittle completed the acquisition of Label Impressions.

Snow Phipps-backed Brook & Whittle, a provider of sustainable pressure sensitive and shrink sleeve prime labels, completed the acquisition of Label Impressions, a provider of printed label solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Label Impressions is a very exciting business that we are thrilled to acquire.
