Bayou City Hemp Company completed the acquisition of LeafLife Wellness.

Bayou City Hemp Company, a Houston-based hemp processing and extraction company, completed the acquisition of LeafLife Wellness, a Dallas-based cannabidiol retail company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The addition of a retail line that has the same emphasis on high quality clean CBD and other key ingredients in its products, made for a strategic fit within our organization. The continually expanding product lineup developed and manufactured by LeafLife Wellness is distributed directly online under its retail brand, through distributors, as well as, white label customers nationwide. We are already formulating a variety of exciting new products including sun care, pet care, therapy and wellness, as well as a men's specific line," Scott Weldon, Bayou City Hemp Vice President of Sales & Marketing.
