Dietopack completed the acquisition of Doppel Farmaceutici.

Trilantic Europe-backed Dietopack, a family-owned company that develops, manufactures and packages food supplements, foods for special medical purposes, medical devices and complementary feed for third parties, completed the acquisition of Doppel Farmaceutici, a drug manufacturer, from Cavazzuti family. Financial terms were not disclosed.
