Strategic Healthcare Programs completed the acquisition of Team TSI.

Strategic Healthcare Programs, a subsidiary of Roper Technologies, an American diversified industrial company, completed the acquisition of Team TSI, a provider of GPS tracking, vehicle tracking, and telematics installations, servicing fleets of any size and location across the US. Financial terms were not disclosed.
