Tapstone Energy to acquire Templar Energy for $65m.

Tapstone Energy, an independent oil and natural gas company, offered to acquire Templar Energy, a provider of oil and gas exploration and production services, for $65m. Templar Energy expects to enter into the transaction with Tapstone Energy in the absence of a higher or better bid for the company's assets.
