Optimum Group, a international group of printing companies specialized in UV Flexo rotary printing and digital printing, agreed to acquire Telrol Group, a supplier of high-quality labels in almost every conceivable segment, from Hansol Paper, a manufacturer of printing & writing paper, and Hansol America. Financial terms were not disclosed. The addition of Telrol Group fits within the Optimum Group's growth strategy and enables Optimum Group to better serve its clients through increased capacity, a wider offering of self-adhesive labels and flexible packaging products, and increased international footprint and a further focus on service levels.
