Capital Group, CI Investments, ICICI Prudential, Brookfield, Nomura Asset Management, Norges Bank and Prudential Securities completed the acquisition of 8.7% stake in Embassy REIT from private equity firm Blackstone for $300m. “The reported transaction significantly increases Embassy REIT’s public float, enhances liquidity and diversifies our investor base.
