Euro Media completed the acquisition of Infront Centro Produzione.

Euro Media Group, a provider of broadcast and film facilities on the European market, completed the acquisition of Infront Centro Produzione, a major operator of studios in Italy. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to welcome Infront Centro Produzione and its very talented and respected team into the Euro Media Group. In the continuity of the acquisitions in 2019 of Global Production in Italy and Telegenic in the UK, this transaction fully fits into our international growth strategy, particularly our ambition to consolidate our position in markets with strong potential through both organic growth and acquisitions.
