Direct Capital, a private company investor, completed the acquisition of a 40% stake in FAB NZ from Caci Group, a skin treatment and appearance medicine company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “To remain the market leaders we want to accelerate our growth and to do that we need access to additional capital.
