Clinicas Mi completed the acquisition of Lleida Clinic.

Clinicas Mi, a Spanish hospital group, completed the acquisition of Lleida Clinic from Divina Pastora group. Financial terms were not disclosed. In this way, Clínicas Mi adds its second center, after the acquisition in 2015 of the Clínica Mi Tres Torres, in Barcelona.
