Catalyst Media Group-backed Sports Information Services, a provider of content and production services to the betting industry, completed the acquisition of 49's, a developer and promoter of random numbers betting from GVC, a sports betting and gambling company, and William Hill, a London-based bookmaker. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Over recent years, SIS has successfully extended the brand worldwide and it makes perfect sense to now take the further step of acquiring the business.
