TCL Electronics completed the acquisition of TCL Communication Technology, a Chinese multinational electronics company, from TCL Industries, a global consumer electronics manufacturer, for $211m. “These transactions allow us to further the acceleration of implementing ‘AI x IoT’ strategy with smart displays as the core.
