Alpha Bank, the second largest Greek bank, completed the acquisition of remaining shares in Cepal, a special servicing company, from private equity firm Centerbridge. Financial terms were not disclosed. Alpha Bank then plans to sell all of Cepal to international investors, with a view to creating the largest independent loan servicing company in the Greek market, it said.
