Olameter completed the acquisition of Tribus Services.

Olameter, a dynamic service company dedicated to providing a variety of quality services, completed the acquisition of Tribus Services, provider of end-to-end smart metering and utility services for electric, gas and water utilities. Financial terms were not disclosed.
