VPA to acquire Vendorafa Lombardi.

VPA, a jewelry product provider, agreed to acquire Vendorafa Lombardi, a jewelry pieces distributor. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are very satisfied with the agreement reached with Equinox and I am convinced that the two companies together will be able to express absolute industrial value.
