n3k Informatik to acquire a stake in Cygna Labs from Blackbird Ventures.

VR Equity-backed n3k Informatik, a globally acting systems integrator, agreed to acquire a stake in Cygna Labs, a provider of compliance software solutions, from Blackbird Ventures, a US venture capital investor. Financial terms were not disclosed. Blackbird incubates, and invests in, early-stage technology companies, providing operational support along the entire startup trajectory to develop market-transforming businesses.
