Bay Grove-backed Lineage Logistics completed the acquisition of Frigo's Heerenberg from Frigo Group.

Bay Grove-backed Lineage Logistics, a provider of temperature-controlled logistics solutions, completed the acquisition of Frigo's Heerenberg, a cold storage company, from Frigo Group, a provider of logistics services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Adam, Kevin and the dynamic team at Bay Grove bring extensive industry knowledge to the table, but also possess financial savvy that add yet another competitive edge to Lineage’s business," Bay Grove.
