Private equity firm Bregal Unternehmerkapital completed an investment in GUS Holding, a software development company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are pleased that we were able to win Bregal as another investor. The company can look back on numerous successes in the European software market. We would like to benefit from this experience. In addition to our original ERP core business, we have recently expanded our portfolio to include LIMS and CRM solutions.
