Compagnie des Alpes, a company that manages chair lift networks and ski slopes for ski resorts, and Banque des Territoires to acquire a 20% stake in Futuroscope, a theme park, from SEM Patrimoniale, a financial services company, for $347m. Compagnie des Alpes and Banque des Territoires will each acquire an additional 10% in Futuroscope. "We are particularly delighted that this project is coming together today.
