HMG, Bharti Global and Hughes completed the acquisition of OneWeb for $1bn.

Her Majesty's Government, Bharti Global, a mobile operator, and Hughes Network Systems, a broadband satellite networks and services provider, completed the acquisition of OneWeb, a broadband mega constellation startup for $1bn. Hughes contributed $50m to the consortium. “I am looking forward to helping the OneWeb team deliver and commercialise their vision to provide internet access across the globe.
