Digital Media Solutions, a provider of technology and digital performance marketing solutions, completed the acquisition of SmarterChaos, a premier digital marketing and online performance management agency. Financial terms were not disclosed. "SmarterChaos has an incredible roster of brands and is well-known throughout the industry for providing top-notch service and results.
