KN Circet completed the acquisition of ARCC Communications.

KN Circet, a provider of telecommunications network services, completed the acquisition of ARCC Communications, which specialized in wireless telecommunications networks providing design, rigging, construction, installation and commissioning and maintenance services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to join the Circet Group at this pivotal point in the evolution of mobile networks.
