Matrix42, a provider of digital workspace management solutions completed the acquisition of FireScope, an enterprise asset discovery and monitoring marketplace. Financial terms were not disclosed. This acquisition will result in creating one powerful provider of secure, cloud-based digital work environments for the global workforce.
