Verdane completed the investment of CURA of Sweden.

Verdane, a growth equity investment firm, completed the investment of CURA of Sweden, a manufacturer and distributor of weighted duvets and sleep products. Financial terms were not disclosed. In order to continue the rapid growth and to also secure the firm support of a knowledgeable partner, Verdane became the natural choice after a process in the spring of 2020, adding new competencies and management to the board. The founders remain in the business with a significant ownership stake post transaction.
