Kansai completed the acquisition of 48.5% stake in Aviator from Ares Management.

Kansai, the second-largest electric utility in Japan, completed its acquisition of 48.5% stake in Aviator, a wind farm, from Ares Management. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The global megatrend of decarbonization has been encouraging the installation of renewable energy infrastructure in North America. Kansai is committed to making our share of contribution to decarbonization through further development of renewable projects in the US and other parts of the world,“ Kansai.
