Plukon Food Group and Cuparius Capital completed the acquisition of CFG for $55m.

Plukon Food Group, a company operating in meat market, and Cuparius Capital completed the acquisition of Cuparius Food, a supplier of chicken products to European food service companies, for $55m. From the sourcing of raw materials, existing logistics channels and available production capacity, the companies will further strengthen each other. With Plukon’s production in 6 European countries and with various chain concepts, both companies believe that this forms a strong joint basis to further spread their wings in Europe.
