BC Partners-backed GardaWorld completed the acquisition of WorldAware from LLR Partners.

BC Partners-backed GardaWorld, a Canadian private security firm, completed the acquisition of WorldAware, a security risk management firm based in the United States, from LLR Partners, a lower middle-market private equity firm committed to creating long-term value by growing portfolio companies. Financial terms were not disclosed.
