Innergex Renewable Energy, an independent renewable power producer, completed the acquisition of six operating wind farms in the US from Terna Energy, a Greek renewable energy company, for $57m. “The Mountain Air Acquisition is expected to be immediately accretive to Free Cash Flow per share.
