Permira-backed TeamViewer to acquire Ubimax from Atlantic Bridge for $160m.

Permira-backed TeamViewer, a software services provider, agreed to acquire Ubimax, an augmented reality services provider, from Atlantic Bridge, a private equity firm for $160m. “We are very excited by this strategically important acquisition – the first transaction in TeamViewer’s history.
