Amynta Group completed the acquisition of surety operations of Aspen Insurance.

Madison Dearborn-backed Amynta Group, a provider of property and casualty insurance services, completed the acquisition of the surety operations of Aspen Insurance, a provider of reinsurance and insurance coverage.
