Hengst Filtration to acquire the hydraulic filtration business of Bosch Rexroth.

Hengst Filtration, a provider of filtration supplies products, systems and concepts, agreed to acquire the hydraulic filtration business of Bosch Rexroth, an engineering firm. The transaction is subject to anti-trust approvals. Consequently, the transaction is expected to be finalized in early 2021. Financial terms were not disclosed. With this additional acquisition Hengst Filtration is consistently continuing the growth and expansion of the "Industrial Filtration" division, which commenced with the take-over of Nordic Air Filtration (2016) and Delbag (2018).
