Intys, a consulting services provider, completed its acquisition of Univers Retail, a management and operational strategy consulting firm, specialized in distribution and retail. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The combination of know-how and skills of Univers Retail and Intys will provide a lasting competitive advantage.
