Daicel to acquire the remaining stake in Polyplastics from Celanese.

Daicel, a chemical company based in Japan, agreed to acquire the remaining stake in Polyplastics, a manufacturer and seller of various types of engineering plastics and polymers, from Celanese, a global technology and specialty materials company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
