Wessanen completed the acquisition of Danival from Hain Celestial.

Wessanen, a company in the European market for healthy, organic and sustainable food, completed the acquisition of Danival, a manufacturer of food products, from Hain Celestial, a natural and organic beverage, snack, specialty food, and personal care products company.
