China Oil & Gas Pipeline Network, which engages in oil and gas pipeline network operation, completed the acquisition of Sinopec Yu Ji Pipeline, a gas pipeline construction business, from Sinopec Kantons Holdings, a Hong Kong-based investment holding company, for $453m.
