Importaco completed the investment in V. Besana.

Importaco, an international food and beverage company, completed the investment in V. Besana, a dried fruit producer. Financial terms were not disclosed. The deal will establish a global player in nuts and dried fruit, creating a company with annual turnover of €770m, almost 2k employees, 17 factories in five countries, more than 600 suppliers and a total purchase volume of 123k tonnes.
