Ampersand Capital Partners-backed Nexelis, a specialty provider offering high-quality preclinical and clinical immunology laboratory services, agreed to acquire AIT Bioscience, a provider of advanced assay development and laboratory testing services in the infectious, oncologic, and metabolic diseases fields.
