Talde Private Equity, a private equity investment firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Engineered Fire Piping, a company specialized in offering tailored solutions in the segment of precast pipe for automatic sprinkler systems and other fire fighting equipment. Financial terms were not disclosed.
