Click&Boat, an operator of a boat rental platform, agreed to acquire Nautal, an online boat rental agency, from Caixa Capital, SeedRocket, 101 Startups, Enern and Market One Capital. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Since the start of both companies, commonalities and synergies between Click&Boat and Nautal have been many, and very strong.
