Tencent to acquire a 5% stake in Weaver Network for $110m.

Tencent, a multinational conglomerate company, agreed to acquire a 5% stake in Weaver Network, a Chinese office software maker, for $110m. Tencent is optimistic about the target firm's business prospects and there should be more collaboration between the parties in the future.
