UBS Asset Management, a large scale investment manager with a presence in 22 countries, completed the acquisition of a 14.4 MW solar portfolio and a 4 MW biogas portfolio from RGreen Invest-backed Econergy Renewable Energy, a renewable investment and management company operating in the Italian renewable energy market, for €300m ($357m).
