Lumson to acquire Pibiplast from Ambienta for €350m.

Lumson, which manufactures cosmetic packaging for the international market, agreed to acquire Pibiplast, a packaging company, from Ambienta, a private equity firm, for €350m ($426m). The union will create the fourth largest group in Europe after French Albea, German Geka and French Psb.
