Global Payments to acquire a minority stake in Comercia Global Payments from CaixaBank for €493m.

Global Payments, an American company providing financial technology services globally, agreed to acquire a minority stake in Comercia Global Payments, a payment management services provider, from CaixaBank, a Spanish bank, for €493m. CaixaBank said its commercial agreement with Comercia Global Payments will be extended to 2040.
