Point Broadband to acquire Intelliwave Broadband.

Point Broadband, which offers internet service, agreed to acquire Intelliwave Broadband, a locally owned and operated provider of fiber-to-the-home and fiber-fed wireless Internet services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are excited to welcome the successful and talented Intelliwave family to the Point Broadband team.
