Fondo Italiano d’Investimento SGR completed a minority stake investment in Maticmind.

Fondo Italiano d’Investimento SGR, an Italian investment fund, completed its acquisition of a minority stake in Maticmind, a leading player in the ICT sector. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The investment in Maticmind of the FICC fund marks the first step of the Business Plan of Fondo Italiano d'Investimento just announced, continuing its strategy of supporting the consolidation of the supply chains of excellence of the Italian production system, with a view to sustainability of the development paths and strengthening of Italian industry," Andrea Montanino, Fondo Italiano d'Investimento SGR Chairman.
