Sidus completed the acquisition of Pierre Fabre Dermo Cosmétique Argentina, a company engaged in cosmetic business, and Rovafarm Argentina, company engaged in raw material extraction, from Pierre Fabre, a company that develops and manufactures pharmaceutical products. Financial terms were not disclosed.
